Payments: We use PayPal for processing payments. You may also send a money order or personal or cashiers check. International orders should be by PalPal or international money order and in US funds. If you would like to use your credit card and not use PayPal, please email with the best time to call you back and I would be happy to take your order over the telephone. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express.
Shipping: We ship via US Postal Service 1st class mail. Your jewelry will be packaged in a gift box and will include Tips for Care. Minimum shipping and handling charge is $5.95. Rates increase by $1.00 up to an order amount of $400, then shipping is free. If paying by PayPal, shipping of in-stock orders will occur within 72 hours of order receipt. Custom orders will take longer. Delivery takes 4-5 days. If you prefer to pay by check, your order will be shipped after payment clears my bank, usually within 10 business days.
Your order will be shipped in padded containers for protection. If you would like your item gift wrapped and shipped to another address, please use the Contact Us form to let us know.
Returns will be accepted during the first 15 days after purchase. Refunds are issued for the price of the items only plus sales tax, if applicable. Shipping charges, insurance, delivery confirmation, signature confirmation or any other applicable charges are nonrefundable. Custom orders may not be returned. Only items in undamaged, unused (unworn) condition may be returned for credit or exchange. If the returned item exhibits damage or wear, it will not be accepted. It should be packaged in the original container, including any bubble wrap, with the same care we used to ship it to you, POSTAGE PREPAID VIA U.S. MAIL, FIRST CLASS, UPS, FEDERAL EXPRESS OR THE EQUIVALENT. You must contact us by e-mail for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the item. We recommend you purchase insurance for a returned item. If you choose not to use insurance, Texas Beads of Joy will not be responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during return shipping. You may want to insure it for the FULL PURCHASE PRICE and have the package require a signature from us for your protection and verification of delivery. If you choose not to insure, please request delivery confirmation for your own protection. The post office will give you a tracking number and confirmation that we received your shipment. In the rare event that the postal service does not return it to us in good shape or not at all, you will be protected against any loss if you follow these directions. When your package arrives, we will e-mail you to let you know it has been received and processed.
Warranty - I guarantee each piece of jewelry that is made and want you to be delighted with every piece of jewelry you purchase from us. Your jewelry will last for a long time under normal use. Please treat your handcrafted jewelry with the same care you would give a fine diamond or precious gem or gold piece. Please be careful not to drop your jewelry since it is made using semi-precious stones which may chip or break when not handled with care. Please do not clean it with harsh chemicals or sonic cleaners. A soft cloth or jewelry polishing cloth is all that is required to keep your jewelry in beautiful, clean condition. If you experience any problems with workmanship, please contact me immediately for repair information. If during the first 90 days a strand gives way under normal wear, I will restring it at no charge to you, other than the return shipping. I will be responsible for shipping it back to you after it has been repaired.
